Our Framing Process

As your custom picture framer in Toronto, we acknowledge that every art piece is unique. Fine-art framing provides a solution to preserving and displaying your fine-art prints, posters, paintings, mementos and heirlooms. At Frame it on Bloor, we adhere to archival standards and practices of framing. We use archival materials that are acid-free, 100% cotton PH-neutral matting, and have museum standard or conservation UV-protective glasses available to ensure the longevity and preservation of your framed pieces. Giving you the assurance that your display will look fantastic for years to come! We invite clients to visit us for a free in-store or virtual framing consultation where one of our qualified picture-framing specialists will individually assess your criteria. Whether it’s helping you find the best value for your frame or discussing the options of archival methods and materials, our framing specialist is there to help collaborate with you on the design of your project.

Our Workshop

Every frame is made in-house at Frame it on Bloor. This means we see your project through from the starting point of design, to the cutting, joining, and assembly of your frame in our workshop. We consider every object as valuable and sentimental and have secure storage systems to keep your art safe while in our care. Frame it on Bloor prides itself on quality, the little details and taking a collaborative approach to determine a framing combination that will leave a lasting impression.
